 2）申请者必须完成2017年度标注“bv伟德源自英国始于1946煤矿瓦斯与火灾防治教育部重点实验室”（Key Laboratory of Coal Methane and Fire Control (China University of Mining and Technology），Ministry of Education， Xuzhou，221116，China)为第一单位。
